Man, times are tough and moving this condo has been a real challenge for us. Lenders are being picky and we are getting restless. We have had a lot of interest and a couple close calls that are still trying to find funding. Who knows what will happen, we are being patient and still saving money.
I go through weekly spurts of excitement and melancholy about the whole situation. I see a new green-built modern townhome in our future, but if we can't move our condo this year there will have to be some compromises. If I could find a modern townhome in North Seattle with a two-car garage under 480K, you will find the happiest dude in town.
