We celebrated big and splurged on a Omakase Sushi dinner at Kappo in Fremont. Man, they take care of you there. A couple times during the dinner I looked over at Sarah and questioned how we are still eating. I think it was 10 courses, some were just a single piece but others were an entire plate. Eel, oysters, rock fish, duck and so many more delights were prepped for us flawlessly. It was awesome to sit next to the Chef and learn about what we were eating, where it came from and what benefits each food has. Local brewing also made the experience top notch, hello new sushi pairing favorite. Our chef ended our night with a dessert special from his hometown in Kyoto, it was a shaved ice masterpiece. (I will leave it at that)
Save up some dough and hit up Kappo, trust us.
