I picked up Adam around 7:15 and we were off to find the fresh snow fall. Finally, the mountain is starting to look appropriate to the date again. I knew my regular crew was going to be up there so we headed off knowing we would roll with them on the hill. We ended up parking next to each other but never hooked up on the hill throughout the day. We found them in the bar at lunch for a quick chat, and found Ben later that day on Skyline. Funny how you always see people you know up there, like the Boys and Girls Club or something. The snow was fine in bounds and off it was SO CLOSE to being amazing but it was really "grabby." It was rad to ride with Adam and Ben again, love showing those guys spots I find throughout the year. Adam is getting really solid on his board, huge improvement with those new binders and boots since last year - Awesome.
