Day 3 of my Holiday Huckcation. My legs were smoked after the last two day, but the new snowfall made me strong. I had a late start because I cancelled my insurance the night before a few days early (switching plans) so I had to wait until 9am for someone to hook it back up. The lowlands received a really weird blast of snow a little bit before I hit HWY 2. The result was frozen roads and a stack of retard drivers on 502 at Woodinville. I lost 40 minutes there waiting for an accident to clear and Mustangs to get out of my way. The weird part was the rest of the drive until Bearing was clear. The day on the hill was very solid. Big Chief and the backside delivered tons of rock-drops and mogul launches. I was lapping those runs all day finding powder stashes in the trees and launching off the rocks not yet covered up yet. For sure my favorite day of the week.
